If in the event your server stops responding, or you reboot it remotely and it doesn't boot back to normal, then we will perform a manual reboot either by pressing the reset button, or by powering off the server, and back on again.

We will normally do this in within 30 minutes, but allow 60 for busy times.

TidyHosts provides 100Mbps feeds to all servers with 2 TB of data transfer as standard. In cases where a dedicated fixed line is used then this is unmetered and will not have a transfer limit.

We aim to achieve 100% uptime and is expected to reach 99.9%.

TidyHosts will issue a credit to the Customer in accordance with the following schedule, calculated on the basis of the monthly service charge for the affected Services.

Please note that is only applies if the server is unreachable due to network issues from the router to the switch port, this excludes any problems that are caused by the client such as, but not limited to, tappering with networkcard drivers.

Remote hands engineers are available should the client require and upgrades or maintenance including problem solving. Fees for this service will be charged at £60 per hour with a minimum of 30 minutes @ £30.

TidyHosts will provide free maintenance of the clients server should the problem be the result of a hardware failure.
