The special story mode is story featuring Boruto Uzumaki as the main character.
Boruto encounters a girl, Nanashi, who is a navigator of a popular online game “Ninja Heroes” in the ninja world.
Although their relationship was that of player and navigator, they develop a special bond.
Meanwhile, something unusual was happening in the real world and the Fifth Great Ninja War was about to break out.
While the world of ninja was plunged into chaos, Boruto realized an organization that is trying to initiate the war….
